Brown Sugar Jerk Wings

Preparation Instructions

  1. Wash raw chicken with vinegar, drain and pat dry.

  2. Apply 55.PCB Lzy rub Season to dry wings until colour changes. 

Marinate for 30 + Best results 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).

Heat the Air fryer/oven to 350°F  

  1. Fry chicken wings in batches for 10-12 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  2. Turn the wings every 5-7 minutes, cook for 20 minutes.  

  3. In a small saucepan, toss 55pcb Brown Sugar jerk Bqq with Fried Wings 

  4. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
