Lemon Pepper Wings

Preparation Instructions

  1. Wash raw chicken with vinegar, drain and pat dry.

  2. Apply 55.PCB Lzy rub Season to dry wings until colour changes. 

Marinate for 30 + Best results 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).

Heat the Air fryer/oven to 350°F  

  1. Fry chicken wings in batches for 10-12 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  2. Turn the wings every 5-7 minutes, cook for 20 minutes. 

  3. Melt Butter  

  4. In a small saucepan, toss fried wings with butter, then toss with                        55pcb Lemon Pepper .

  5. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
