Instructions
Step 1: Season & Marinate
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season generously with All Purpose Seasoning, coating all sides. Place wings in a large bowl or resealable bag. Pour the entire bottle of Brown Sugar Jerk Marinade over the seasoned wings, making sure each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for maximum flavour.
Step 2: Prep for Cooking
Remove wings from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
Step 3: Bake or Grill
Oven Method: Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange wings in a single layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Grill Method: Oil the grill grates. Grill wings for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently, until nearly cooked through.
